IA: "Go Back" and "Go Forward" Don't Work After Editing Image

SYMPTOMS

The Go Back and Go Forward commands do not take you to the previous or next document after you edit an image.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Internet Assistant for Word, versions 1.0, 1.0z and 2.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

WORKAROUND

To go to the previous or next document, choose the Window menu and select the document you want to go to.
