SUMMARYWhen you select a row of a multipage table and click Headings on the Table menu, that row will automatically be repeated at the top of the table on all subsequent pages. This article describes how to make the heading that appears on the first page different from the heading that appears on subsequent pages of the table. For example, you can use this method to create a multipage table in which the heading reads "Results of Survey" on all pages, and all but the first page also include the word "Continued."
MORE INFORMATIONTo create this effect, in the first row of the table, type the heading that will appear on all but the first page. Then use a Text Box to cover up any words that you don't want to appear on the first page. Use the following steps to accomplish this:
