SYMPTOMSWhen you create a custom page size in Microsoft Word for the Macintosh, the text may be printed offset to the side by several inches.
CAUSEBy default, Word centers any custom page sizes, regardless of where the printer feeds the paper from. You can change this setting by changing the envelope options. (Although it's called "envelope options," the feed setting also applies to custom paper sizes.)
RESOLUTIONTo change the envelope options setting to match your printer's paper feed:
