| The information in this article applies to: 
 
 SYMPTOMSYou cannot download URLs while connected to the Internet using the Internet Adapter. 
 CAUSEThe Internet Adapter, from Cyberspace Development, is not compatible with Internet Assistant. Internet Assistant requires a standard SLIP (Serial Line Internet Protocol) or PPP (Point to Point Protocol) dial-up account. The Internet Adapter is an Internet access utility that converts a standard UNIX shell account into a pseudo-SLIP account that is incompatible with Internet Assistant. 
 RESOLUTIONObtain a SLIP or PPP account that provides direct access to the Internet.
