SYMPTOMS
When you use the duplex option to print multiple copies of a document that contains an odd number of pages, the first page of the second copy prints on the back of the last page of the first copy. If you have a PostScript printer, this behavior occurs in Word 7.0 and Word 97. If you have a non-PostScript (PCL) printer, this behavior occurs in Word 7.0 but has been corrected in Word 97.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use appropriate method for your situation.

STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the PostScript printer driver included with Windows 95. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
