Duplicate TOC Entries When Styles Used in Multi-page Table Row

SYMPTOMS

Duplicate entries appear multiple times in the table of contents when you use heading styles or {TC} entry fields within a table row that spans multiple pages.

WORKAROUND

Create your table so that the table rows do not span multiple pages.
