Font Size Decreases When Using Increase Font Shortcut Keys

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Natural French Canadian Keyboard, and Language is set to Canadian, the font size decreases instead of increases when you use the following shortcut keys:

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the French version of Word for Windows 95, version 7.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

WORKAROUND

There is no workaround currently available.
