AutoCorrect Entries Don't Work After Word 95 Upgrade

SYMPTOMS

Your AutoCorrect entries do not work after you install Word for Windows 95 as an upgrade to Word 6.0. This problem occurs only during the first session of Word for Windows 95 that you run after installation.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Word for Windows 95 version 7.0. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

WORKAROUND

Exit and restart Word.
