You must enclose the menu name in quotation marks. The ampersand (&) is placed in front of one character to identify that character as the shortcut key for your menu. To use the shortcut key, press ALT plus the character that immediately follows the ampersand. The .Position = -1 argument positions your menu to the right of the last menu item on the menu bar. The .MenuType = 1 argument specifies that the Menu appears when no document is open.
