Cannot Find Qlfengl.dll Starting Word, Works

SYMPTOMS

You get the following error message with a stop sign when you attempt to start Word for Windows. 

   Word cannot find Qlfengl.dll.
When you click OK, Word is opened.

CAUSE

The Qlfengl.dll file is installed with the Quicklink 2 fax software. If the Qlfengl.dll file is missing when you start Word, you will receive the error error message.

RESOLUTION

Select a different printer as the default printer and then start Word.
