SUMMARYWhen you attempt to open or save a Word document located on a network drive, you get the following error message:
Winword caused an invalid page fault in module Shell32.dll CAUSEThis problem occurs when you have installed the Wang SNA emulation package, LightSpeed NVS32 for Windows 95, version 1.0.5 or earlier.
STATUSLightSpeed development has confirmed that this is a problem in LightSpeed NVS32 for Windows 95, version 1.0.5 and earlier. This problem has been fixed in LightSpeed NVS32 for Windows 95, version 1.0.6.
RESOLUTIONTo eliminate this problem, install LightSpeed NVS32 for Windows 95, version 1.0.6. To obtain this product, contact LightSpeed Technical Support at (805) 326-8324.
