This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.If you click Details, you receive the following error message:
WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in module WINWORD.EXE at 0137:<address>. CAUSEThis problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
RESOLUTIONTo correct this problem, install Microsoft Word 97 Service Release 1 (SR- 1). To work around this problem, use the appropriate method for your situation.
Method 1: Turn Off Non-Printing Characters
Method 2: Switch to Another View Before PrintingChange the view of the document before printing the current page. To do this, click Normal on the View menu. Try printing the current page again.
Method 3: Do Not Print the Current PageTry printing the entire document, or print just a range of pages.
