SYMPTOMSWhen you update a caption that has been grouped with an object, the caption may update to zero.
CAUSEThis problem occurs when objects that float over text are grouped with captions. The captions may not update correctly.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, follow these steps:
MORE INFORMATIONThis problem also occurs when you insert the caption into a text box, group the object with the text box, and then update the fields. For more information about how to group, ungroup, and regroup objects, click the Office Assistant, type "How do you group objects?" (without the quotation marks), click Search, and then click to view the "Group, ungroup, and regroup drawing objects" topic. NOTE: If the Assistant is hidden, click the Office Assistant button on the Standard toolbar.
