SYMPTOMSWhen you click a text form field, one of the following problems may occur:
CAUSEThis problem only occurs when the text form field contains text, a number, or spaces, and you use the mouse to move the insertion point between form fields.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, instead of using the mouse, press TAB to move the insertion point between form fields.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
