In Microsoft Word, you can print the following items separately:
- Document
- Document Properties
- Comments
- Styles (custom and standard styles used in the document)
- AutoText entries (custom and default)
- Key Assignments (custom only)

To print any one of these items, do the following:
- On the File menu, click Print.
- In the Print What box, click the item that you want to print.
- Click OK.
To print one of these items, follow the steps appropriate for your
version of Word.
Word 97 for Windows
- On the File menu, click Print.
- In the Print What box, click the item that you want to print.
- Click OK.
Word 98 Macintosh Edition
- On the File menu, click Print.
- If you see Print, click the item that you want to print and then
click Print.

If you do not see Print, change General to Microsoft Word. Under
Print, click the item you want to print and then click Print.
