 SYMPTOMSWhen you start Microsoft Word, the following features are automatically turned off: 
 - AutoCorrect - AutoFormatting As You Type - Displaying Tip of the Day upon starting Word - Automatic start of the Letter Wizard - Background grammar checking CAUSEThis problem occurs on low memory Macintosh computers that do not meet the minimum requirements to run Microsoft Word correctly, such as a PowerMac 8100/80 with 16 megabytes (MB) of random access memory (RAM).
