  • Microsoft Direct Mail Manager for Windows

SUMMARY

Microsoft Direct Mail Manager does not have an option on the Help menu for About Microsoft Direct Mail Manager (which is where product version information is usually displayed).

Because Microsoft Direct Mail Manager is a wizard, it does not have menus or toolbars. To see the version information for Microsoft Direct Mail Manager, double-click the black title bar across the top of the wizard where the words "Microsoft Direct Mail Manager" appear.

MORE INFORMATION

Microsoft Direct Mail Manager ships with three Microsoft Word wizards to assist you with creating direct mail documents. These wizards are located in the Direct Mail Manager subdirectory of the Office\Templates folder and are called

To locate the version information for the wizards, follow these steps:

  1. Start the wizard.

  2. In Microsoft Word, on the File menu, click Open.

  3. From the Open dialog box, open the folder where the Direct Mail Manager wizards are located.

The default location is "Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\Direct Mail Manager."

  4. From the Files Of Type list, select All Files.

  5. Click the wizard and click OK.

  6. On the File Menu, click Properties.

  7. Click the Custom tab.

The version information will be listed under Properties.
