SYMPTOMSIf you have a document formatted such that a bulleted or numbered list is located inside another numbered list, then the outer numbered list will be broken into two numbered lists with the second part of the list being renumbered to start at one.
CAUSEThis problem occurs when you save the document in HTML format.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use either of the following methods.
Method 1: Modify the HTML DocumentManually reformat the incorrect list in the HTML document to start at the correct number, by following these steps:
