SYMPTOMSWhen you click the Block Quotation button on the Legal Pleading toolbar, Word does not justify the selected paragraph text.
CAUSEWhen you click the Block Quotation button on the Pleading Template toolbar, Word indents the paragraph by 1/2-inch on the left and right and aligns the paragraph at the left indent.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use one of the following methods.

MORE INFORMATIONMicrosoft Word 98 Macintosh Edition allows you to apply a Block Quotation format to a selected paragraph. To do this, click Block Quotation on the Legal Pleading toolbar. A block quotation is a paragraph of text that is indented from the left and right margins. The text appears to have block form with square left and right edges.
