The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you type in the datasheet of a Microsoft Graph 97 chart, characters that you type are either lost or unexpectedly changed to all capital letters.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use the appropriate method for your situation.
Method 1: Characters in Capital LettersIf the characters you type are changed to all capital letters, press and hold the SHIFT key to type lower case characters.
Method 2: Retype the EntryDelete and retype the entry on the chart datasheet.
Method 3: Restart Graph 97Exit and restart Microsoft Graph 97.
MORE INFORMATIONWhen the all-capital-letters problem occurs, the caps lock key light on the keyboard is not on. Pressing the CAPS LOCK key toggles the Caps Lock light on/off; however, this key has no effect on typing in Graph 97.
