The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft Word for Windows versions 1.0, 1.1, 1.1a, 2.0, 2.0a, 2.0a-CD, 2.0b, 2.0c, 6.0, 6.0a, 6.0c

The older-style AT keyboards do not have the F11 and F12 keys. To access the functions assigned to these keys on keyboards without the F11 and F12 keys, pressing ALT+F1 and ALT+F2 is equivalent to pressing F11 and F12, respectively. The CTRL+<key> and SHIFT+<key> combinations are also available.
