SUMMARYMicrosoft Word for Windows version 1.x does not indicate that a word is misspelled if it contains a number. Word for Windows version 2.0 and 6.0 do not flag combinations of numbers that contain only one letter, such as 3a or 40K; however, it considers words that include at least one number and more than one letter to be misspelled.
