  • Microsoft Word for Windows 95, versions 7.0, 7.0a

SUMMARY

In Microsoft Word for Windows, there is no built-in option to print the readability statistics that appear after you run the Grammar command.

WORKAROUND

To work around this situation, use either of the following methods.

Method 1: Use the ToolsGrammarStatisisticsArray function in a macro to

display the results (Word 6.x and later only).

For additional information about this function, please see the
following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

TITLE : Enhancements to the Proofing Tools in Word for
                         Windows 6.0

Method 2: Use the print screen feature to capture an image of the screen:

          a. From the Tools menu, choose Grammar. When the command is
finished and the readability statistics display on the screen,
press ALT+PRINT SCREEN, and choose the OK button.

          b. Position the insertion point in a document where you want the
readability statistics to appear. From the Edit menu, choose
Paste. This inserts a graphic image of the Readability
             Statistics dialog box.

          c. From the File menu, choose Print.
