SUMMARYThere is no automatic feature in Microsoft Word for to count the number of records in a table; however, you can create a simple macro to display this information on the status bar.
MORE INFORMATIONThe WordBasic function SelInfo allows you to display the number of rows within a table. The syntax for this function is as follows:
n=SelInfo(Type)For this example, "Type" is set to "15" (without the quotation marks). Type 15 is the value for the number of rows in a table.
