SUMMARYMicrosoft Word for Windows version 2.x contains a template called MEMO2.DOT. This template allows you to create a distribution list of commonly used names and addresses. The distribution list data is stored in a file called MEMO2.INI, which is located in the same directory as the MEMO2.DOT template. Under certain circumstances, however, the location and name of the distribution list file may be different than expected.
