  • Microsoft Word for Windows, versions 2.0, 2.0a, 2.0a-CD, 2.0b, 2.0c, 6.0, 6.0a, 6.0c

SYMPTOMS

If you apply bulleting to an alphabetic list in Microsoft Word for Windows, a message asking "Do you wish to replace the existing numbers with bullets?" is displayed.

The message should ask "Do you wish to replace the existing letters with bullets?" because the list is alphabetic.

The message is designed for alphabetic lists; no separate message specifying letters exists.

STATUS
