SUMMARYThe following error message occurs if you try to insert the contents of the Windows Clipboard in a Word for Windows document using the Edit Replace command when the Clipboard contains a TC field that is nested in an XE field:
Word cannot read the formatting in this document.To replace the search text with contents of the Clipboard, choose Replace from the Edit menu, and type "^c" (without the quotation marks) in the Replace With box.
MORE INFORMATIONThis problem does not occur with other nested field combinations.
