SYMPTOMSWhen you try to compress a drive with DriveSpace or DriveSpace 3, you may receive the following error message:
Drive C cannot be compressed because it is a FAT32 drive. ID Number: DRVSPACE378 CAUSEDriveSpace was designed to work with the FAT12 and FAT16 file systems and cannot be used with drives using the FAT32 file system.
