Design-time changes to the menu system are any changes you make before the application runs. This includes adding, deleting, moving, and restoring menu components, as well as setting menu component properties that won't change in response to changing conditions at run time. Depending on the scope of the modifications you want to make, you can either use Visual Basic procedures or make changes in the Menu Editor dialog box.
