Whenever you want to work with an object in Microsoft Excel, you must first build an expression that returns the object. To build the expression, you must understand where the object fits into the object hierarchy, or object model. This appendix contains graphical representations of the Microsoft Excel object model and the DAO (Data Access Objects) object model.
