IMPRODUCT

Returns the product of 2 to 29 complex numbers in x + yi or x + yj text format.

If this function is not available, run the Setup program to install the Analysis ToolPak. After you install the Analysis ToolPak, you must enable it by using the Add-Ins command on the Tools menu.

Syntax

IMPRODUCT(inumber1,inumber2, ...)

Inumber1,inumber2, …   are 1 to 29 complex numbers to multiply.

Remarks

• Use COMPLEX to convert real and imaginary coefficients into a complex number.
• If inumber1 or inumber2 is not in the form x + yi or x + yj, IMPRODUCT returns the #NUM! error value.
