The TABLE_CONSTRAINTS rowset identifies the table constraints defined in the catalog that are owned by a given user.
The TABLE_CONSTRAINTS rowset contains the following columns.

CONSTRAINT_SCHEMA | DBTYPE_WSTR | Unqualified schema name. NULL if the provider does not support schemas. |

TABLE_CATALOG | DBTYPE_WSTR | Catalog name in which the table is defined. NULL if the provider does not support catalogs. |
TABLE_SCHEMA | DBTYPE_WSTR | Unqualified schema name in which the table is defined. NULL if the provider does not support schemas. |
TABLE_NAME | DBTYPE_WSTR | Table name. |
CONSTRAINT_TYPE | DBTYPE_WSTR | Constraint type. One of the following:

IS_DEFERRABLE | DBTYPE_BOOL | VARIANT_TRUE—The table constraint is deferrable. VARIANT_FALSE—The table constraint is not deferrable. |
INITIALLY_DEFERRED | DBTYPE_BOOL | VARIANT_TRUE—The table constraint is initially deferred. VARIANT_FALSE—The table constraint is initially immediate. |
