This appendix presents recommendations for computer and component design related to lowering access barriers to computer use for persons with special physical needs.
These guidelines were developed in consultation with the Trace Research and Development Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and were based on research funded by the National Institute for Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR).
