8.2 Namespace Object

The Namespace object is the source of all Active Directory objects for a given provider in Active Directory other than the Namespaces object, which is supplied by Active Directory itself. The Namespace object supports the mandatory IADs, IADsContainer and IDispatch interfaces.

The Namespace object has no corresponding Schema Class object, because the Namespace object is an artifact of Active Directory, not of any underlying namespace.
