MCI_GETDEVCAPS_PARMS

The MCI_GETDEVCAPS_PARMS structure contains parameters for the MCI_GETDEVCAPS message. When assigning data to its fields, set the corresponding MCI flags in the lParam1 parameter of mciSendCommand to validate the fields.
