This command requires Internet components which are not installed on your machine

This error has the following causes and solution:

• You tried to use the Check Web Links command on a RISC platform, but there wasn't a WinINET.dll to distribute when we shipped VSS. You can get this required DLL when a RISC version of the browser exists.
  
  
• You are missing the correct version of WinINET.dll on your Intel or Alpha computer. Check to see if the file has been moved or renamed.

  To make sure you have the latest Internet components, go to http://www.microsoft.com/ie/ and download Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.0 or later. Then restart VSS to enable this command.
