You cannot share a project under itself

This error has the following cause and solution:

• To prevent confusion, VSS will not allow a project to be shared recursively to itself.  You are attempting to share a project at the command line and are currently in that project.

  Use the ss cp command to change your current project to a project other than the one you are trying to share.  Or select a different project to share.
