Error deleting <File> while attempting to unlock database. Database is not unlocked.

This error has the following cause and solution:

• A file needs to be deleted in the following directory, however, the deletion process failed:  <vss install directory>\data\loggedin

  You do not have delete permissions to the folder.

  Check to make sure you have delete permissions to the VSS folder.
