Renames a file or project.
ss Rename <VSS item> <new name> [-H] [-I-] [-N] [-O] [-S] [-Y] [-?]
Changes the VSS file named TEST.C to MISC.C:
ss Rename TEST.C MISC.C
Changes the VSS project named WORD to EDITOR. (The new project is $/APPS/EDITOR.):
ss Rename $/APPS/WORD EDITOR
