To submit an incident against an existing account, call (800) 936-4800, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.

In Canada, for more information, to purchase an annual account at a cost of $895 CDN plus tax per 10 incidents, or to submit an incident against an existing account, please call (800) 668-7975, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Eastern time.
