void init(basic_streambuf<E, T>* sb);

The member function stores values in all member objects, so that:

• rdbuf() returns sb
• tie() returns a null pointer
• rdstate() returns goodbit if sb is nonzero; otherwise, it returns badbit
• exceptions() returns goodbit
• flags() returns skipws | dec
• width() returns zero
• precision() returns 6
• fill() returns the space character
• getloc() returns locale::classic()
• iword returns zero and pword returns a null pointer for all argument values
