Debug setup: Windows Sockets 1.1 not available.

When the debugger was launched, it could not start up Windows^® Sockets (Winsock) to communicate with the remote process. Likely causes include:

• Windows Sockets 1.1 is not installed.
  
  
• The installed version of Windows Sockets is not 1.1 or higher.
  
  
• The network is not ready, is at capacity, or is blocked on another operation. Wait and try again later.

Currently, your Microsoft^® Visual InterDev™ options are set to enable server debugging automatically when you start the debugger. Visual InterDev prompts you to disable these options.

Choose No if you want to maintain these option settings. Choose Yes if you want to turn off these options. In that case, you should set debugger options manually for your Microsoft^® Internet Information Server (IIS) applications to be able to debug server script.
