You can't remove project outputs while the Web project is offline.

You are trying to remove a built output file from your Web project while you're working offline. This is not allowed. Built outputs come from other applications such as Microsoft^® Visual J++™, and can be added to your Web project.

• To correct this error, switch to online mode and then remove the project output.
