You do not have a local copy of <file>. To open a local copy, work online.

You want to open a local copy of a file while you're in offline mode, but it doesn't yet exist. You can only create local copies in online mode.

• To correct this error, switch to online mode and open the local copy. Then you can open the local copy in online or offline mode.
