A file with the same name as your personal file name exists in the master Web application.

You are opening or refreshing a Web project and there's a personal file in your application with the same name as a file in your master Web application.

• To correct this error, rename the personal file and open or refresh the project again.

Your local file will remain a personal file until you resolve the conflict.
