Saves all properties for all locales to disk.
Syntax
public void saveAllProperties( String directory, String baseName )
Parameters
directory
The directory to save the resource files to.
baseName
The base name for all the resource files. This name should not include any file extension.
Remarks
The resource set for each locale is saved with a unique file name, using baseName and the default country name of the locale.
