Assigns a delegate to the valueChanged event.
Syntax
public void addOnValueChanged( EventHandler eh )
Parameters
eh
The EventHandler delegate to be notified when the event occurs.
Remarks
Passing an event handler as a parameter to this method is equivalent to setting the valueChanged event to that method in the Properties window. The valueChanged event occurs when the scroll bar position is changed by the user or programmatically.
