You already have local copies of some of the solution or project files

During the enlistment process, the Microsoft development environment found some project or solution files already present on your local computer. The enlistment will finish, but some of these files will be out of date.

Use the Get Latest Version command to update the files. Clicking SCC in the Open Project dialog box enlists your project in source control. After enlisting, click Open to open your project.
