Failed to generate signature for <name> ('signcode.exe' can't be found)

The Microsoft development environment could not locate Signcode.exe, which is needed to complete the signing process.

Try the following:

• Confirm that Signcode.exe is on your path environment variable in Windows.
  
  
• Reinstall the Java SDK.
  
  
• Reinstall Visual Studio.
