Setup Packaging Error: cannot create CAB for this setup

The Microsoft development environment could not finish the setup building process because the .cab file for the setup could not be created in your temporary directory.

Try the following:

• Check your temporary directory for adequate disk space, and try to build the setup again.
  
  
• Reboot your computer.
  
  
• Reinstall Visual Studio.
